for Apple, but the Touch trademark actually belongs to HTC. So what’s
HTC going to do about it? Nothing, they’re going to be nice about the
whole trademark infringement issue until they see how it affects them.
While many can differentiate the two I imagine this would make looking
up for information on the two products just that much more difficult.
